Abstract

Pensiun merupakan jaminan hari tua berupa pemberian uang setiap bulan kepada Pegawai Negeri Sipil ataupun pegawai swasta.

 

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana alur pensiun terjadi yang harus dilakukan oleh setiap pegawai Pemerintah Kota Magelang yang akan pensiun.

 

Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan informasi dari observasi dan wawancara dengan pegawai Pemerintah Kota Magelang.

 

Hasil: bahwa dalam proses pensiun di Pemerintah Kota Magelang pegawai harus melakukan proses prosedur pengajuan pensiun, untuk pegawai golongan 4B kebawah bekas fisik dikirim ke Kantor Regional (Kanreg) Jogjakarta, untuk golongan 4C keatas dikirim docudigital ke Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) Jakarta.

Kesimpulan: Dalam proses pensiun di Pemerintah Kota Magelang pegawai harus melakukan proses prosedur pengajuan pensiun. Setiap berkas yang diajukan akan dikakuan pengecekan dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Semar (Sistem Manajemen ASN Ter-Rekonsiliasi).
