Current monitoring practices primarily rely on CCTV systems for security purposes, limiting the real-time detection of unsafe acts and delaying corrective interventions, which contributes to recurring human-factor-related accidents. A gap remains between safety reporting mechanisms and real-time behavioral observation, indicating the need for proactive monitoring integration at the Bulk Sumatra site. This study designed a proactive occupational safety monitoring system to improve the early detection of unsafe acts and support decision-making in complex maritime operational environments. A qualitative case study approach was employed using observations, interviews, and document reviews conducted at a transshipment point. The collected data were analyzed using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), SWOT analysis (Internal Factor Analysis Summary [IFAS]–External Factor Analysis Summary [EFAS]), and Design Thinking to develop a user-centered monitoring framework. The findings revealed discrepancies between reported unsafe conditions and observed unsafe acts, highlighting the limitations of existing monitoring practices. CCTV systems were found to be underutilized for occupational safety purposes. The proposed system integrates risk-based camera placement, digital safety reporting, monitoring dashboards, risk classification, and structured follow-up mechanisms to enhance response effectiveness. The system design emphasizes early warning capabilities, faster supervisory intervention, and improved accountability across operational areas. The proposed model enhances safety visibility, accelerates risk mitigation, strengthens occupational safety controls, and supports improved safety performance in transshipment operations. This study contributes to the transition from reactive safety management toward proactive, risk-based decision-making within maritime coal logistics operations.
Heru Prasetya, Emmy Pratiwi Copyright (c) 2026 Heru Prasetya, Emmy Pratiwi https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3309 Fri, 10 Jul 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Analysis of The Implementation of The "My School, My Islamic Boarding School" Program on The Religious Character of Elementary School Students https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3256
This study investigates the implementation of the “Sekolahku Pesantrenku” program in shaping the religious character of elementary school students. This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership style on civil servant performance. A quantitative approach was applied, involving 277 civil servants selected through proportional random sampling from seven regional apparatus organizations. Data were collected using the **Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ)** and the **Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ)**. The data were analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression analyses. The findings indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simple regression shows a significant effect with a contribution of 2.2%, while multiple regression indicates that the four leadership dimensions collectively explain 35.3% of the variance in performance. Inspirational motivation emerged as the most dominant dimension influencing performance. Transformational leadership effectively enhances civil servant performance, suggesting that strengthening leadership practices can improve public sector productivity and behavioral outcomes. These findings have implications for leadership development and bureaucratic reform in regional government institutions. Future studies are recommended to include additional variables such as organizational culture, work environment, and compensation systems to improve the explanatory power of the model.
Siti Syahrani Yusuf, Ahmad Yasser Mansyur, St. Hadjar Nurul Istiqamah Copyright (c) 2026 Siti Syahrani Yusuf, Ahmad Yasser Mansyur, St. Hadjar Nurul Istiqamah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3303 Mon, 06 Jul 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Problem-Based Learning to Enhance Environmental Awareness and Collaboration Among Elementary School Students https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3254
Environmental issues have become a growing global concern, making it essential to instill environmental awareness and collaboration skills in students from an early age. However, preliminary observations in several elementary schools in Kalimanah District, Purbalingga, revealed that science and social studies learning (IPAS) is still dominated by lecture-based methods, resulting in low student engagement, limited environmental awareness, and underdeveloped collaboration skills. This study aimed to investigate the effect of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model on environmental awareness and collaboration skills among fourth-grade elementary school students. The research employed a quantitative approach involving 60 fourth-grade students in Kalimanah District, Purbalingga, divided into an experimental group (PBL) and a control group (expository learning). Data were collected through environmental awareness questionnaires and collaboration skills observation sheets and analyzed using inferential statistics, including independent-sample t-tests and correlation analysis. The findings showed that the experimental group demonstrated significantly higher environmental awareness and improved collaboration skills compared to the control group. All indicators of environmental awareness—such as maintaining classroom and school cleanliness, caring for plants, supporting green programs, managing organic and non-organic waste, and maintaining sanitation facilities—improved substantially under the PBL model. Furthermore, active group interaction during PBL activities facilitated the development of collaboration skills, including shared responsibility, communication, and joint problem-solving. These results indicate that PBL effectively enhances students’ environmental attitudes and collaborative competencies through hands-on, contextualized, and meaningful learning experiences, offering both theoretical and practical implications for elementary science and social studies education.
Kasmiati Kasmiati, Subuh Anggoro, Ristiana Dyah Purwandari Copyright (c) 2026 Kasmiati Kasmiati, Subuh Anggoro, Ristiana Dyah Purwandari https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3254 Mon, 06 Jul 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Comparative Analysis of The Economic and Environmental Performance of Virgin and Recycled Polyester in Supporting The Transition from a Linear to a Circular Economy in The Indonesian Polyester Industry https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3295
The polyester industry in Indonesia has experienced significant growth under a linear economic model based on virgin polyethylene terephthalate (vPET), which relies heavily on fossil-based resources and contributes to high energy consumption, greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, water use, and waste generation. The transition toward recycled polyethylene terephthalate (rPET) represents an important pathway for implementing circular economy principles and improving industrial sustainability. This study aims to compare the economic and environmental performance of vPET and rPET, evaluate future development trends, and identify strategic factors influencing the transition from a linear to a circular economy model in Indonesia’s polyester industry. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative comparative analysis, Simple Linear Regression (SLR) for projection analysis, and PESTEL analysis to assess external factors affecting rPET development. The results indicate that vPET maintains stronger economic performance in terms of production, revenue, and operating profit; however, rPET demonstrates superior environmental performance through substantially lower energy consumption, GHG emissions, and water usage. Projection results for 2025–2030 show that rPET has greater growth potential, supported by increasing sustainability demands, regulatory pressure, technological advancement, and ESG commitments. Nevertheless, challenges related to feedstock availability, recycling infrastructure, and investment requirements remain significant barriers. This study concludes that a gradual transition through a hybrid economic approach is the most feasible strategy, enabling Indonesia’s polyester industry to balance economic competitiveness with environmental sustainability while supporting circular economy implementation and net-zero emission targets.
Richo Erwansyah Mauland, Jagat Prirayani Copyright (c) 2026 Richo Erwansyah Mauland, Jagat Prirayani https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3295 Fri, 17 Jul 2026 00:00:00 +0000 General Well-Being in Workers: Determinant Analysis, Literature Development, and Research Gap through Systematic Literature Review https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3289
The increasing complexity of the modern work environment has made worker wellbeing a strategic issue for organizational sustainability. Changes in workplace systems, digital transformation, flexible working arrangements, and rising psychosocial risks have expanded the understanding of wellbeing beyond physical health into a multidimensional concept involving psychological, social, organizational, occupational, and technological aspects. This study aims to analyze the development of research on general wellbeing among workers, identify the main determinants influencing worker wellbeing, and map existing research gaps and future research directions. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach using scientific articles indexed in the Scopus database. The literature selection process follows the PRISMA framework, resulting in 58 eligible international articles published between 2021 and 2026. The findings indicate that research on worker wellbeing has increased significantly, particularly in recent years, with major determinants categorized into six dimensions: individual psychological factors, organizational factors, social factors, job characteristics and demands, physical health and occupational safety, and technology-related factors. The synthesis also reveals that previous studies remain fragmented, focusing mainly on specific wellbeing dimensions and occupational groups rather than integrating wellbeing as a comprehensive construct. This study concludes that general wellbeing among workers is a multidimensional phenomenon requiring a holistic approach. The findings contribute theoretically by strengthening wellbeing frameworks and practically by supporting organizations in developing comprehensive worker wellbeing strategies.
Yusuf Radityawan Idrad, Aulia Shafira Vanessa , Silvia Tri Handayani Copyright (c) 2026 Yusuf Radityawan Idrad, Aulia Shafira Vanessa , Silvia Tri Handayani https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3289 Tue, 14 Jul 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Combined Lifestyle and Air Pollution Drivers of Liver Injury: A Literature Review https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3283
This literature review aimed to summarize recent studies regarding the combined effects of unhealthy lifestyle behaviors and air pollution exposure on the development and progression of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD). A literature search was conducted using the ScienceDirect and PubMed databases from December 2025 onward. Relevant studies examining the relationship between air pollution, lifestyle factors, and MASLD or hepatic injury were identified using Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) terms and free-text keywords related to MASLD, particulate matter (PM?.?), unhealthy lifestyle behaviors, inflammation, oxidative stress, and metabolic dysfunction. Eligible articles included original research and review articles published in English that investigated hepatic outcomes associated with lifestyle factors and/or particulate matter exposure. Evidence indicates that both particulate matter exposure and lifestyle-related factors, including unhealthy dietary patterns, sedentary behavior, smoking, alcohol consumption, and circadian rhythm disruption, independently contribute to liver injury through shared biological mechanisms. These mechanisms include inflammation, oxidative stress, insulin resistance, mitochondrial dysfunction, and gut dysbiosis. Exposure to PM?.? promotes reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation, activation of Kupffer cells (KCs), stimulation of hepatic stellate cells (HSCs), and the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Meanwhile, unhealthy lifestyle behaviors contribute to metabolic imbalance and impaired antioxidant defense mechanisms. Emerging evidence suggests that the coexistence of high air pollution exposure and unhealthy lifestyle patterns produces synergistic effects that accelerate hepatic steatosis, inflammation, fibrosis, and progression toward MASLD. The combined effects of prolonged particulate matter exposure and unhealthy lifestyle behaviors represent important and underrecognized contributors to MASLD progression. Understanding the underlying pathophysiological mechanisms of these combined exposures may support the development of more comprehensive prevention and intervention strategies.
Amalia Arum Permatasari Copyright (c) 2026 Amalia Arum Permatasari https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3283 Mon, 13 Jul 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Innovation Strategies for Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions Using the Design Thinking Method: A Case Study at the Offshore Field of XYZ Oil and Gas Company https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3329
This study aims to identify the main sources of GHG emissions, explore potential innovation opportunities, and formulate emission reduction strategies that align with the operational conditions of XYZ Oil and Gas Company's Offshore Field. This research employed the Design Thinking 3-IDEO model, which consists of Inspiration, Ideation, and Implementation stages. Data were collected through field observations, document analysis, in-depth interviews, stakeholder mapping, empathy maps, user personas, user journey maps, point of view (PoV), and how might we (HMW) analyses. The respondents included various stakeholders directly involved in offshore field operations. The collected data were analyzed qualitatively to identify user needs, operational challenges, and innovation opportunities that support emission reduction initiatives. The results indicate that the primary sources of GHG emissions originate from flare systems, fuel consumption in gas turbine compressors and generators, well unloading and well intervention activities caused by high back pressure, as well as diesel fuel consumption from offshore vessel operations. Through the ideation and stakeholder validation processes, four priority innovation strategies were identified: (1) utilization of gas released from the primary seal gas system as additional fuel gas, (2) optimization of operating pressure through modifications to existing facilities, (3) optimization of vessel operations through procedural improvements, and (4) installation of electrical submersible pumps (ESP) powered by micro turbine generators. All proposed strategies demonstrate strong alignment with ESG principles, operational excellence objectives, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), while offering potential environmental, operational, and economic benefits in a sustainable manner.
Ageng Premana, Octaviyanti Dwi Wahyurini Copyright (c) 2026 Ageng Premana, Octaviyanti Dwi Wahyurini https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3329 Sat, 11 Jul 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Behind Kelme's Sponsorship: The Role of Perceived Prestige and Bobotoh Involvement in Strengthening Persib Bandung's Brand Equity https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3277
The development of the professional sports industry has encouraged sports clubs to manage brand equity as a strategic asset capable of enhancing competitiveness and organizational value. In this context, sponsorship serves as a marketing instrument that can strengthen a club’s brand equity through the transfer of brand image from sponsor to sponsored organization. This study aimed to analyze the effect of Kelme’s sponsorship on Persib Bandung’s brand equity, focusing on the role of perceived prestige as a mediating variable and Bobotoh engagement as a moderating variable. The study adopted a quantitative approach using a purposive sampling technique involving 100 Bobotoh who met the research criteria. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed that Kelme’s perceived sponsorship brand equity did not have a direct effect on Persib Bandung’s brand equity. However, perceived prestige significantly mediated the relationship between Kelme’s sponsorship brand equity and Persib Bandung’s brand equity. In addition, Bobotoh engagement did not moderate the relationship between Kelme’s sponsorship brand equity and Persib Bandung’s perceived prestige, but it did strengthen the relationship between Kelme’s sponsorship brand equity and Persib Bandung’s brand equity. These findings indicate that improving club brand equity through sponsorship is more effective when it operates through the formation of perceived club prestige, while supporter engagement plays a reinforcing role in enhancing the impact of sponsorship-based brand image transfer.
Rezka Arya Maulana, May Dedu, Tiara Muthiarsih Copyright (c) 2026 Rezka Arya Maulana, May Dedu, Tiara Muthiarsih https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3277 Thu, 02 Jul 2026 00:00:00 +0000 A Data Science-Based Forex Prediction System (EUR/USD) With Integrated Machine Learning and a Web Dashboard https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3320
The rapid development of information technology has driven significant transformations in various sectors, including the global financial sector. One of the most dynamic financial instruments is foreign exchange (forex), the trading of foreign currencies, which plays a crucial role in international economic activity. However, the high volatility and complexity of factors influencing exchange rates make predicting forex price movements a significant challenge. Conventional approaches such as fundamental and technical analysis are limited by their subjective nature and inability to recognize non-linear patterns in price data. This research aims to develop a data science-based forex prediction system with the integration of machine learning algorithms and an interactive web dashboard. The models used include Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU), designed to analyze time series data and capture long-term patterns in the EUR/USD currency pair's price movements. The development process follows the CRISP-DM (Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining) stages, including data understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and system implementation. Thus, this research provides two main contributions: (1) academically, strengthening the application of Machine Learning methods in the field of digital finance based on Data Science, and (2) practically, producing a prototype of an interactive forex prediction system that can be used as a decision support system for traders and financial analysts.
Rafli Maulana, Sufajar Butsianto, Elkin Rilvani Copyright (c) 2026 Rafli Maulana, Sufajar Butsianto, Elkin Rilvani https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3320 Fri, 10 Jul 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Regulating Artificial Intelligence in Developing and Centralized Legal Systems: A Comparative Study of Indonesia and China https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3274
Artificial intelligence (AI) has developed rapidly and is increasingly integrated into various sectors, including public administration, finance, and digital platforms. However, the expansion of AI technologies also presents significant legal and regulatory challenges, particularly in developing legal systems where regulatory frameworks remain limited. This study examined AI regulation in Indonesia and China through a comparative legal analysis using a normative legal research method that analyzed legislation, policy documents, and academic literature related to AI governance. The findings indicated that Indonesia currently adopts a fragmented and policy-based regulatory approach, whereas China has established a more comprehensive and enforceable regulatory framework governing algorithmic systems and emerging AI technologies. The study also identified several regulatory gaps in Indonesia, including the absence of specific AI legislation, limited institutional coordination, and inadequate mechanisms for algorithmic accountability. Therefore, this research argues that Indonesia needs to develop a comprehensive and enforceable AI regulatory framework that integrates legal certainty, risk-based governance, and institutional coordination by drawing lessons from China’s regulatory experience while considering Indonesia’s legal and institutional context.
Christian Andersen, Shavilla Felisya Regitara Copyright (c) 2026 Christian Andersen, Shavilla Felisya Regitara https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3274 Tue, 14 Jul 2026 00:00:00 +0000 The Effect of Fuel Cell Reactor Volume on a Pertalite-Fueled Drive Engine Per 75 ML https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3316
The increasing number of motor vehicles has led to a continuous rise in Pertalite fuel consumption, while petroleum reserves remain limited and non-renewable. One proposed solution is the application of a fuel cell (HHO generator), which utilizes water electrolysis to produce hydrogen and oxygen gases to support the combustion process inside the engine. However, studies examining the effect of fuel cell reactor volume on engine performance remain limited. This study aims to determine the effect of fuel cell reactor volume on the performance of a Pertalite-fueled engine using 75 mL of fuel. The research employed an experimental approach by comparing engine performance without a fuel cell and with a fuel cell equipped with a 180 mL reactor volume (containing an electrolyte solution of 5 g of caustic soda and 180 mL of distilled water, with a current of 3.5 Ah) at three engine speed levels (2000, 3000, and 4000 RPM), with each condition tested three times. The measured parameters included engine speed, operating duration, engine temperature, and battery voltage using a tachometer, stopwatch, temperature gauge, and avometer. The results showed that the use of a fuel cell with a 180 mL reactor volume increased the engine operating duration for the same fuel volume, with an average improvement of approximately 27.5% across the three tested speed levels. However, the final engine temperature tended to be higher, and the battery voltage slightly decreased after testing. These findings indicate that a 180 mL reactor volume provides improved fuel efficiency compared with the engine condition without a fuel cell.
Friani Andani Juliana Manoppo, Blest Johnsis Labi, Jedithjah Naapia Tamedi Papia, Nelson Seleman Luppa Copyright (c) 2026 Friani Andani Juliana Manoppo, Blest Johnsis Labi, Jedithjah Naapia Tamedi Papia, Nelson Seleman Luppa https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3316 Fri, 10 Jul 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Analysis of The Implementation of Digital Marketing for Marning SMEs in Bukit Barisan Village, Merigi District https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3271
Digital marketing has become an essential strategy for strengthening the competitiveness of micro, small, and medium enterprises, particularly rural food-based businesses that still depend on conventional marketing systems. Early interceptive orthodontic intervention is therefore recommended to prevent the progression of more complex malocclusions. This case report aims to describe the management of anterior crossbite using a prefabricated elastomeric myofunctional appliance (Orthoplus EFT Slim) in a pediatric patient. The method involved clinical examination, radiographic evaluation, diagnosis of a Class I skeletal relationship with dentoalveolar anterior crossbite, and interceptive treatment using a removable elastomeric functional appliance. The patient was instructed to use the appliance daily in conjunction with myofunctional exercises to improve tongue posture, lip competence, and breathing patterns. Treatment progress was evaluated monthly over a three-month period. The results showed that correction of the anterior crossbite was achieved within the first month, as indicated by the transition from negative to positive overjet. Subsequent evaluations demonstrated stable occlusal relationships, improved anterior interdigitation, and enhanced orofacial muscle function, including improved nasal breathing and lip seal. No relapse or complications were observed throughout the treatment period. In conclusion, the use of a prefabricated elastomeric myofunctional appliance is effective for correcting anterior crossbite during the mixed dentition stage, providing both dental correction and functional improvement. Early intervention supports stable treatment outcomes and may help prevent the future development of more severe malocclusions; however, long-term follow-up is recommended to further validate these findings.
Harika Ixzarina, Arlette Setiawan Copyright (c) 2026 Harika Ixzarina, Arlette Setiawan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3310 Wed, 08 Jul 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Agent’s Competence and Relationship Marketing Capability: A Study of Life Insurance Agents in Indonesia Using a Structural Equation Modelling Approach https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3260
The life insurance industry in Indonesia continues to grow significantly but faces persistent challenges related to low public trust, largely due to claim disputes and insurance company bankruptcies. Insurance agents play a crucial role as the primary link between companies and customers, where their relational behaviors and professional competence shape customer perceptions and loyalty. This study examined the effects of Customer Relationship Building Behavior (CRBB) and agent competence on customer trust, customer satisfaction, and renewal intention in the Indonesian life insurance industry, with agent competence representing the knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes of insurance agents. A quantitative survey was conducted with 237 life insurance policyholders in the Jabodetabek region and analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results showed that approaching and common grounding had a positive effect on customer trust, while only communication had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Agent competence had positive effects on both customer trust and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, customer trust enhanced customer satisfaction and renewal intention, while customer satisfaction was the strongest predictor of renewal intention. The study concluded that, in the Indonesian life insurance industry, agent competence is a key driver of customer trust, satisfaction, and loyalty. These findings provide both theoretical contributions to relationship marketing literature and practical implications for insurance companies in developing agent training programs that emphasize technical competence and transparent communication. They also offer implications for regulators in strengthening professional certification requirements to reduce information asymmetry and enhance consumer protection.
Rully Adriana Swarnaputra Copyright (c) 2026 Rully Adriana Swarnaputra https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3260 Mon, 06 Jul 2026 00:00:00 +0000 The Effect of a Problem-Based Learning Model Supported by the Wordwall Media on The Science Learning Outcomes of Fifth-Grade Students at Santo Ignatius Private Elementary School in Medan Academic Year 2025/2026 https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3307
This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Wordwall media on the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students of Santo Ignatius Private Elementary School, Medan, in the 2025/2026 academic year. The research highlights how government programs, traditionally delivered through formal and bureaucratic channels, are now repackaged into digital content such as short videos, infographics, memes, and pop culture elements to align with social media algorithms. Using a case study of 40 homeless media accounts announced under INMF, this study analyzes how 27 of these accounts provide counter-narratives “statements of attitude” to quickly influence public discourse, generate speculation, and challenge dominant narratives. The findings reveal that immediacy, diversity of cues (visual, audio, textual), multilingual communication (Indonesian and English), and direct personal interactions are key factors enhancing audience engagement and political communication effectiveness. From a programmable politics perspective, these results illustrate the government’s increasing reliance on platform mechanisms and digital engagement logic, emphasizing the shift from top-down, bureaucratic communication to participatory, digitally mediated communication. The study contributes to understanding how digital media reshapes political communication, public perception management, and symbolic resistance through social media, providing practical insights for government communication strategies in the digital era.
Andika Handayani, Paradiba Aslam, Edison Bonartua Hutapea Copyright (c) 2026 Andika Handayani, Paradiba Aslam, Edison Bonartua Hutapea https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3255 Wed, 08 Jul 2026 00:00:00 +0000 The Effect of Gratitude Intervention on Adolescents' Subjective Well-Being https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3302
Adolescents’ subjective well-being has become a significant global concern due to increasing psychological stress, academic pressure, and emotional instability during developmental transitions. This study aims to examine the effect of a gratitude intervention, specifically gratitude letter writing, on adolescents’ subjective well-being. Although intrinsic mechanisms of pancreatic damage have been extensively documented, the combined effects of behavioral and environmental stressors remain an important area of investigation. This literature review synthesized epidemiological and experimental evidence regarding the synergistic effects of lifestyle-related factors and ambient air pollution on pancreatic health. Unhealthy lifestyle behaviors, including obesity, high-fat dietary patterns, physical inactivity, cigarette smoking, and excessive alcohol consumption, contribute to metabolic impairment through glucolipotoxicity, redox imbalance, and systemic inflammation. These factors promote gut dysbiosis and disrupt key insulin signaling pathways. Concurrently, exposure to ambient air pollutants, particularly fine particulate matter (PM?.?), may exacerbate these pathological processes. Particulate matter exposure induces oxidative stress, mitochondrial dysfunction, and endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress, thereby activating the unfolded protein response (UPR) and NLRP3 inflammasome pathways. The convergence of adverse lifestyle behaviors and chronic air pollution exposure produces synergistic effects that accelerate ?-cell apoptosis and disrupt metabolic homeostasis. Integrated preventive strategies addressing both behavioral modifications and environmental interventions are essential to reduce the increasing burden of type 2 diabetes mellitus in modern industrialized societies.
Aziza Devisafitri Copyright (c) 2026 Aziza Devisafitri https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3284 Mon, 13 Jul 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Design of Instagram Aksesmu Content as a Promotional Medium at PT Sumber Trijaya Lestari https://ijsr.internationaljournallabs.com/index.php/ijsr/article/view/3282
The development of social media, particularly Instagram, encourages companies to optimize visual content as a medium for digital information dissemination and promotion.
