Identifikasi Kerusakan Mesin Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (Swro) dengan Fault Tree Analysis (Fta) Di Pt. Pln (Persero) Upk Nagan Raya
Penelitian ini membahas mengenai penggunaan metode Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) untuk mencari prioritas perbaikan pada mesin Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) untuk mencari masalah sebagai dasar usulan perbaikan mesin SWRO. Data diperoleh dari 26 Januari 2022 -
27 Juni 2022. Pada penelitian ini terdapat 15 jenis kerusakan pada mesin SWRO yang tercatat dari bulan Januari-Desember 2021. Ada beberapa perbaikan yang diusulkan yaitu pengecekan rutin pada mesin SWRO sebelum dan setelah pemakaian, melakukan servis ringan terhadap mesin SWRO, melakukan pembersihan mesin SWRO secara rutin, dan memberikan pelatihan- pelatihan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada karyawan untuk lebih meningkatkan efektifitas mesin.
